Why I made this site

Calculator sites are full of pop-ups, and many give one generic answer no matter where you live. A take-home pay or VAT figure is only useful if it follows your country's actual rules.

So I built calculators that switch their tax rules with the country you pick and show each deduction. No sign-up, no payment, and what you type never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions

How up to date are the tax rates?

They follow rules in force for 2026, checked on 15 October 2026 against government sources and official rate tables, including mid-year changes such as new US state rates.

Why is my payslip different?

Employers withhold tax monthly with simplified tables, and bonuses, allowances and personal deductions change the result. These calculators show the full-year amount you actually owe, which is what your year-end settlement or tax return arrives at.

Is what I type saved or sent anywhere?

No. Every calculation runs in your browser. Only your language, theme and country choice are remembered on this device.

Can I rely on this for a tax filing or a loan?

Use it to plan and compare. For filings and contracts, confirm with your tax office, bank or a tax professional.

My country isn't listed. Can I still use it?

Yes. Loan, interest, percentage, savings, inflation and retirement work anywhere. Pick any country for the currency and enter your own tax rate in the VAT tool.
